At Gravgear, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging, ensuring all component parts and instructional manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
